不夸张的说这个蛋糕烤的时候满楼飘香!这也是我经常做来当早餐主食的一款像吐司的蛋糕!味道真心特别赞!入口绵软酸酸甜甜早餐来一片开启整个美好的一天!

Details of ingredients

  • 低筋面粉110g
  • 全麦面粉90g
  • 泡打粉2g
  • 普通盐2.5g
  • 可食用苏打5g
  • 肉桂粉3g
  • 大鸡蛋2个
  • 玉米油50g
  • 细砂糖50g(或赤藓糖醇)
  • 香草精5g
  • 纯牛奶20g
  • 新鲜蓝莓80或100g
  • 蔓越莓干50g(或葡萄干)
  • 核桃仁30g
  • 熟透普通香蕉2根

Steps to make #早餐#不用打发发酵的蔓越莓蓝莓香蕉全麦蛋糕

  • 1.准备所有食材原材料,以及制作工具!如图。
  • 2.把粉类部分:低筋面粉+全麦面粉、泡打粉、盐、可食用苏打、肉桂粉混合好搅拌均匀放置一边待用。
  • 3.找个稍微大点容器把湿料:大鸡蛋、油、糖、香草精(也可以不放)混合在一起。
  • 4.在往湿料里加入纯牛奶20克搅拌均匀。
  • 5.把湿料混合后搅拌均匀如图。
  • 6.放两根熟香蕉,越熟越好,用搅拌棒打碎。如果没有搅拌棒也可以先把香蕉放在碗里用大勺子压烂再跟湿料混合均匀即可。
  • 7.把放置在一边的粉料倒入湿料里。如图。
  • 8.搅拌均匀,直到没有干粉,成米糊状!如图。
  • 9.倒入果干干果搅拌均匀。这里我放的是蔓越莓跟核桃仁。你也可以放葡萄干,黄桃干,你喜欢的任意果干和干果!
  • 10.最后倒入蓝莓翻拌均匀即可!
  • 11.我的模具是23厘米*13厘米*7.5厘米!铺上油纸把混合好的料子倒进去铺满!
  • 12.预热烤箱180℃,放在烤箱中下层,一小时出炉。
  • 13.取出晾凉后切片分装可以做早餐主食!
  • 14.味道太好了!造起来!
