南瓜小圆子羹
中午用豆浆机打了南瓜米糊,给外公喝的。妈妈说,一半就够了,还有的可以做南瓜圆子羹啊!不知道其他人是怎么做的,我就是这么做的!一碗下肚,暖呼呼!我吃圆子,女儿吃糊,经过她鉴定,好吃!

Steps to make 南瓜小圆子羹

  • 1.准备材料!南瓜米糊是豆浆机中午打的。四点回家已经冷却了。(气温高,米糊温热后再放冷藏备用)。
  • 2.锅里加入清水。盖盖子,开中火煮开。
  • 3.水开后,倒入小圆子。
  • 4.用勺子,从锅里来回搅动,搅匀,防止倒入的时候粘底。盖盖子,中小火继续煮。煮到圆子飘起来。
  • 5.倒入全部南瓜米糊。
  • 6.搅匀,转小火煮。
  • 7.然后加入冰糖,此时开始要不停搅匀,到冰糖融化。
  • 8.等米糊煮开后,关火,盖盖子闷一两分钟。然后盛出即可食用!
  • 9.成品。
