  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.菠菜洗净去根,焯水
  • 3.焯好的菠菜放纯净水中拔凉
  • 4.扇贝洗净外壳后蒸熟
  • 5.剥出扇贝肉,去裙边,留肉柱备用
  • 6.切适量胡萝卜丝焯水备用
  • 7.菠菜切段和胡萝卜丝,扇贝肉柱及蒜米放到一起,倒入盐、味极鲜、糖、米醋、花椒油混合的酱汁
  • 8.搅拌均匀
  • 9.装到深杯子里,压实,反扣即可成塔形
