胡萝卜风味的流沙包
前两天分享了一款胡萝卜风味的花卷,很多朋友们都表示喜欢,今天早餐又给大家分享了流沙包,随后就有朋友询问流沙包的做法,流沙包的详细做法前段时间也分享过,今天再分享一下用胡萝卜做的流沙包,这次的流沙包除面皮中加了胡萝卜汁外,在馅料的处理上也稍改动了一下,这样大家就能非常分显地看到不同的流沙效果。
流沙包的馅主要采用新鲜的咸蛋黄做原材料,配上奶粉等其他原材料,制作完成的馅料需要经过冷冻后方可使用,要不流沙效果就不理想。

  • 白砂糖2g
  • 酵母1.5g
  • 胡萝卜汁100g
  • 咸蛋黄20g
  • 黄油20g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 卡仕达粉20g
  • 奶粉20g
  • 牛奶12g

Steps to make 胡萝卜风味的流沙包

  • 1.胡萝卜去皮洗净后放破壁机中加适量的水选择果蔬功能打成汁(胡萝卜与水的比例按1:1)
  • 2.往胡萝卜汁中加入面粉、白砂糖、酵母揉成光滑面团盖上保鲜膜静置10分钟左右(面粉150g、白砂糖2g、酵母1.5g、胡萝卜汁100g)
  • 3.从冰箱中取出提前冷藏好的流沙馅,分成6份滚圆
  • 4.静置好的面团搓成长条分成6等份,每个约40g左右
  • 5.取其中一个小面团擀成中间厚周围薄的面皮
  • 6.取一个流沙馅放在面皮上
  • 7.包入馅料、收口、滚圆
  • 8.包好的流沙包放入垫有油纸的蒸锅中,盖上盖子进行发酵
  • 9.面团发酵至二倍大小后蒸锅里放入适量水,水烧开后放上发酵好的流沙包中火蒸8分钟左右,关火后焖2分钟出锅
  • 10.此图是提前将流沙馅冷冻后包出来的效果,所以建议做这款流沙包一定要提前先冷冻,冷藏出来的流沙效果没有冷冻的好。
