羊肉煎饺
从冰箱里拿一块肉出来,化开后才发现是羊肉,羊肉就羊肉吧,加一个洋葱做馅,包几个饺子煎了吃,女儿吃了四五个,加一杯豆浆,一根小香蕉,美美的早餐!

Steps to make 羊肉煎饺

  • 1.材料图。鲜肉,洋葱,水,面粉。
  • 2.把水加进面粉里,边加边搅动,呈雪花样。
  • 3.用手各成面团,加保鲜膜饧上。
  • 4.调料图,图中没有淀粉和料酒,总是少拿,呵呵。
  • 5.一个切洋葱不流泪的小方法:洋葱去两头,去老皮。
  • 6.放地流动的不下冲一分钟。
  • 7.切两半后再冲一分钟。然后快速的切成洋葱碎。通常不会流泪,如果切得很慢很慢,还会有一点点儿!
  • 8.鲜肉斩碎同洋葱纳盆。
  • 9.加一勺姜粉,适量料酒。
  • 10.加饺子专用调料粉。
  • 11.加生抽或者蒸鱼油。
  • 12.加盐。
  • 13.因为洋葱出水,肉是化开的也不水,馅料不怎么上劲儿,加一勺生粉。
  • 14.一个方向搅拌,让馅料把水份吸完。
  • 15.饧好的面揉均匀。
  • 16.搓成长条。
  • 17.分成面皮生胚。
  • 18.擀成饺子皮。
  • 19.包饺子了,想包什么样子包什么样子,但今天的饮料不适合包成锅贴样,馅料含水太多。我习惯性的直接包成这样的了。
  • 20.平底锅烧热,刷薄油。
  • 21.放上饺子,加盖,小火慢慢的煎。
  • 22.用小碗倒小量淀粉
  • 23.加水调成薄淀粉水。
  • 24.待饺子底部变得焦黄时(根据自己家锅子的情况,所需要时间不同我用了8分钟。)
  • 25.倒入淀粉水
  • 26.加盖再煎几分钟。
  • 27.等淀粉水全部收汁后可以出锅了。
