Steps to make 【盐水虾】--- 最简单、最经典的虾做法

  • 1.原料图:九节虾。
  • 2.配料图:生姜、香葱、花椒、八角、桂皮。
  • 3.虾洗净后,在虾的倒数第2个关节处用牙签挑去虾线,全部处理完。
  • 4.锅中加入适量水,调入盐,加入所有配料大火烧开后继续滚约2分钟,煮出配料的香味。
  • 5.下入处理好的虾,调入1汤勺料酒。
  • 6.继续煮至开锅即可。如果做冷盘的话可以捞出放入冰水中浸泡至凉透后捞出摆盘。(冰水最好是用凉白开制作)
