清蒸海黄鱼

Steps to make 清蒸海黄鱼

  • 1.海黄鱼两条,刮鳞,剪肚,掏出内脏,抠腮,洗干净。
  • 2.葱,姜,蒜,香菜洗净,切好。
  • 3.把葱,酱,蒜塞入鱼肚里,鱼身用刀划几刀,倒入料酒,白醋,去腥20分钟。
  • 4.20分钟后,鱼身上和下面放些葱姜,放锅里蒸5分钟。
  • 5.把焯好的双孢菇放入锅里再蒸5-8分钟
  • 6.蒸好后把蒸出的水和料酒倒掉,把鱼肚和外面铺的葱姜蒜挑出来扔掉。
  • 7.淋上适量蒸鱼豉油
  • 8.放入葱姜蒜干辣椒,锅里油烧热淋到鱼身上
  • 9.撒上香菜就完工了。
