Steps to make 拌面

  • 1.准备食材,手擀面是以前做的没吃完,冷冻在冰箱里,很方便,想吃随时煮。胡萝卜去皮洗净,黄瓜洗净。
  • 2.胡萝卜切丝,黄瓜去皮洗净切丝,这是水果黄瓜,可以不去皮,用面粉搓一搓,再反复清洗干净,带皮吃也不错。
  • 3.锅中加入适量的水,水开下入面条,大火煮开,加入少许冷水,再次煮开,再浇一次冷水,第三次煮开就OK了,面条煮的恰到好处,一般手擀面我都这么煮,煮好的面条捞出过冷水。
  • 4.过冷水的面条捞出,控净水分。
  • 5.用煮面条的水把胡萝卜丝烫一下。
  • 6.焯烫后的胡萝卜丝捞出,不用过冷水,直接吃就行。
  • 7.过冷水后并控净水分的面条,挑入碗中,码入黄瓜丝和胡萝卜丝。
  • 8.加入盐、香醋、胡椒粉、少许味极鲜酱油、适量的钵钵鸡红油拌菜调料,加入适量的花生米拌匀,钵钵鸡红油拌菜调料有点辣,适量加入,别加太多,拌一拌就可以开餐了。
