炸元宵是我们小时候春节、最喜欢吃的一道小吃、外脆里嫩、软糯香甜、妈妈每逢过春节都会炸一大筛、还有酥肉、麻花什么的⋯那时候最喜欢过年、又有好吃的、还有新衣服穿、让人回味无穷⋯

    Steps to make 炸元宵

    • 1.准备糯米粉。
    • 2.倒入适量清水、调成絮状。
    • 3.揉成团、稍微干一点、分成大小均匀的团。
    • 4.取一个包入芝麻馅、收口搓圆。
    • 5.搓好所有的。
    • 6.锅中倒入适量油、中火、烧至6成热、用筷子试试、边缘上起小泡就可以了。
    • 7.放入元宵、炸一会儿、定形。
    • 8.用筷子轻轻翻动。
    • 9.每一个分开一点点、炸至金黄色、熟透即可。
    • 10.起锅沥油装盘。
