彩色小蛋糕
“选择困难综合症”,不知道大家有没有这样的症状。
我就是个典型的“选择困难综合症”患者。买衣服,选择困难;点餐,选择困难;挑选照片,选择困难。。。。只要有选择的余地,我几乎都会选择困难。或许我并不是唯一,或许你也是其中之一。
比如,某时某刻我嘴馋了。我的脑子里会瞬间蹦出好多小吃,如蛋糕,面包,华夫饼,铜锣烧,手抓饼,布丁等等,然后我就开始选择困难了。
假如我选择了蛋糕,然后又会开始纠结:是选择南瓜小蛋糕呢,还是甜甜圈蛋糕呢,还是旋风小蛋糕呢?
好吧,下面这款蛋糕拯救了我。
一个烤盘,三种花型。一次烘焙,便能吃到三种不同形状的小蛋糕。烘烤好的小蛋糕,还可尝试不同的口味哦。比如挤上奶油、淋上巧克力酱、抹上酸奶、点缀果脯、水果等等。

  • 低筋面粉75g
  • 全蛋液110g
  • 牛奶30g
  • 玉米油20g
  • 细砂糖65g
  • 食用色素4滴

Steps to make 彩色小蛋糕

  • 1.备好食材:低筋面粉过细筛;全蛋液同细砂糖混合;玉米油同牛奶混合;
  • 2.牛奶、玉米油混合液用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀;
  • 3.锅里倒入适量清水烧热,但不烫手时关火;
  • 4.将蛋液、细砂糖混合物搅拌均匀,再隔温水打发;
  • 5.蛋糊表面的划痕,10秒内不消失;鸡蛋就打发好了;
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉;
  • 7.用刮刀迅速上下翻拌均匀后,倒入牛奶混合物;
  • 8.再次用刮刀迅速上下翻拌均匀;
  • 9.裱花袋内侧滴入色素;我用了四种不同的色素,大家可根据自己的喜好选择不用颜色的色素;
  • 10.将蛋糊装入裱花袋;
  • 11.不粘模具不用抹油;如果是其他易粘的模具,需涂抹黄油,或玉米油防粘;
  • 12.倒入面糊8分满,轻轻在桌上震几下,震出大气泡即可;
  • 13.烤箱上下火180度预热后,将模具放在烤箱中层,烤20分钟;
  • 14.程序结束后,将模具取出,倒扣在晾网上,让蛋糕冷却;
  • 15.彩色小蛋糕就做好啦;
  • 16.直接吃,美味;
  • 17.两个蛋糕重叠,中间挤上打发的淡奶油,这样吃也好吃。
