  • 高筋面粉250g
  • 酵母5g
  • 牛奶120g
  • 玉米油20g
  • 奶粉20g
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 3g

Steps to make 蓝莓芝士吐司

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.除了果酱,将其它食材混合。
  • 3.揉成光滑面团,放置温暖处发酵。
  • 4.用手指按下去反弹,就可以了。
  • 5.将发好的面团排气后分割成等量大小的圆团,松弛10分钟,擀开成长形。
  • 6.整体抹上蓝莓果酱,如果想拉丝可以放上芝士。
  • 7.将面皮卷起来,把光滑面朝上,烤出来会非常好看。二次发酵到九分满,温度不宜超过40度。
  • 8.烤箱预热好后放入烤箱,中下层,180度,35~40分钟,上色即可~
