  • 2.做锅,入油。
  • 3.油热后放葱姜蒜干红椒爆香。
  • 4.放肉末煸炒,滴少许料酒、生抽。
  • 5.倒入雪菜。
  • 6.另起锅炒胡萝卜青椒和豆瓣。

  • 8.两锅合并,雪菜有盐哦,所以要少放盐。
  • 9.放点鸡精就可出锅喽。
