    Steps to make 虾仁锅贴

    • 1.虾去壳去虾肠,洗净沥干水份,加姜,盐,料酒,白胡椒粉,淀粉拌均腌制半小时入味备用。
    • 2.猪肉(我这里用的是里脊肉,喜欢肥瘦相间的可以用猪的前夹肉)洗净沥干水份,剁肉碎加适量料酒,盐,酱油搅拌均匀腌制半小时入味备用。
    • 3.将胡萝卜去皮,刨丝剁碎后挤干水份备用。同时葱洗净沥干水份,切碎备用。
    • 4.将胡萝卜碎,葱碎,鸡蛋,一点点盐和食用油加入腌制好的肉末里往一个方向搅拌均匀。
    • 5.全部食材备齐
    • 6.取一饺子皮,将一小勺腌制好的肉馅放中间,在放一只腌制好的虾仁,对折捏上即可。
    • 7.部分包好的锅贴
    • 8.热锅倒入少许油,小火,将包好的锅贴码入锅中,略微煎至定型,后浇少许水盖上锅盖焖至水收干,皮变色,即可出锅。
    • 9.蘸汁:少许米醋,一点蒜末,一勺虾油即可(没有虾油用芝麻油代替也可以)
    • 10.虾仁锅贴蘸虾油醋,味道不是一般的美味。
