  • 红曲粉4克
  • 低筋面粉40克
  • 黄油15克
  • 牛奶15克
  • 淡奶油100ml
  • 细砂糖20克(奶油中)

Steps to make 心形红丝绒奶油蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋加细砂糖用打蛋器打发至粗泡,滴上几滴柠檬汁。(打蛋的大碗要干净无油。全蛋打发时打蛋盆下再放一个装有40度左右温水的盆,便于打发)
  • 2.中低速打至蛋糊发白,提起打蛋器蛋糊滴落不易消失纹路。
  • 3.用打蛋器顺便将融化的黄油与牛奶混合打匀备用。
  • 4.沉重好红曲粉和低筋粉并过筛两次
  • 5.分两次将过筛的面粉加入蛋糊中,用刮刀上下翻拌均匀后再分两次加入牛奶黄油混合液,依旧翻拌均匀,小心不要划算防止消泡。
  • 6.心形摸具四周涂抹一层黄油防粘
  • 7.将蛋糕装7、8分满。预热烤箱,摸具置于烤网上烤箱中层,上下火150度30分钟。
  • 8.烤好的蛋糕脱模后置于烤网完全冷却
  • 9.准备淡奶油。
  • 10.倒出100ml左右淡奶油。另备一只大碗装上冰水
  • 11.淡奶油盆置于冰水中加少许细砂糖打发
  • 12.打发至8、9分即可。
  • 13.用裱花袋,装上中号八齿花嘴,装入打发好的淡奶油
  • 14.小蛋糕从中间横向切开,取一片挤上奶油
  • 15.盖上另一片,在中间挤上一个小花
  • 16.洒少许糖粉,放上薄荷叶装饰
  • 17.淡奶油容易融化,请置于冰箱冷藏。
  • 18.成品。
