香酥鲅鱼
鲐鱼的俗称,又叫青占鱼,也有叫它鲭或青花鱼的。   鲐鱼与鲅鱼的主要区别在于鲐鱼体形短粗,身上有青绿色的花纹,而鲅鱼则细长,身上青黑色,有不多黑色斑点。
1. 鲅鱼其肉质细腻、味道鲜美、营养丰富,含丰富蛋白质、维生素A、矿物  蓝点马鲛
质(主要是钙)等营养元素   
2. 鲅鱼有补气、平咳作用,对体弱咳喘有一定疗效   
3. 鲅鱼还具有提神和防衰老等食疗功能,常食对治疗贫血、早衰、营养不良、产后虚弱和神经衰弱等症会有一定辅助疗效。

Steps to make 香酥鲅鱼

  • 1.把鱼去内脏清理干净,对剖开,剔去所有刺。
  • 2.放料酒、半勺盐、姜丝和胡椒粉搓匀,放冰箱冷藏4小时。
  • 3.面粉加水、半勺盐、胡椒粉拌匀,成稀糊糊状。
  • 4.锅内加油,烧8成热。
  • 5.腌好的把鱼剔去姜丝,放面糊均匀挂糊。
  • 6.放入热油中煎炸。注意油一定要热。
  • 7.两面煎炸至金黄。
  • 8.出锅控油,切开趁热吃。
