  • 1.准备的材料。
  • 2.大虾剪去胡须和虾枪挑去泥肠洗净,用料酒、盐、鸡精腌制,梅干菜用开水泡发后洗净挤净水。
  • 3.梅干菜中放1勺油,加糖、胡椒粉、鸡精、盐和生抽。
  • 4.梅干菜放入锅中蒸30分钟。
  • 5.不粘锅中倒油,放入大虾剪至两面金黄捞出。
  • 6.锅中留底油,放入挤干汤汁的梅干菜放入锅中炸香。
  • 7.放入大虾,淋入蒸梅干菜的汁水。
  • 8.小火焖煮5分钟,大火收汁。
