香甜冰爽的酒酿冰粉
夏天的冰凉甜品有很多,传统的南方祛暑小吃冰粉如今也风靡全国了,以前只能在当地才能吃着,如今随着物流和网络的发达,自己在家也能鼓捣出来了。

之所以叫冰粉,有2个意思。一是其透明的状态像极了冰块,另一个意思是其冰凉的口感也跟冰块有一拼,当然了,它是嫩滑的,一咬即破,而真正的冰块几乎能把腮帮里给咯破了。

满满一大盒冰粉,吃进肚里有点撑,能让身体由内到外获得短暂的凉爽;光从白凉粉用量上讲,热量极低,吃进肚里的是固态的水罢了,所以很适合想瘦身又不想让胃排空而难受的人食用。

Steps to make 香甜冰爽的酒酿冰粉

  • 1.白凉粉和凉水准备好;粉水比例约为1:10,上下略有浮动也无大碍。
  • 2.白凉粉入凉水中,用小勺搅拌融化。
  • 3.将白凉粉融液倒入小锅,小火加热,不时用勺子搅拌防粘底,待表面微沸即关火。
  • 4.白凉粉糊倒入耐高温保鲜盒中,先不要盖盖子,静置15分钟散热气。
  • 5.盖紧盖子,入冰箱冷藏半小时,想要口感更加冰凉,可以冷藏1.5小时左右。
  • 6.凝固后的白凉粉融液即为冰粉,用刀尖将其划成小块。
  • 7.舀适量冷藏紫糯米酿入冰粉中。
  • 8.再撒一把坚果碎和果干,边吃边舀,香甜冰爽,祛暑纳凉必备小吃。
