芝麻馅汤圆
一般在过年时候婆婆做的汤圆都是实心的,没有其他馅料,粘糖吃/而家乡都是用菜做馅,但是不叫汤圆的哦,糯糍。不管叫什么,不管放的什么馅料,家人喜欢就好。这次是和婆婆一起做的。

    Steps to make 芝麻馅汤圆

    • 1.把芝麻再挑选干净,用掏米蓝清洗。
    • 2.在锅里炒香。不要大火哦。
    • 3.在菜板上碾碎。家里没有料理机。
    • 4.加入白糖,拌成芝麻糖馅料了。
    • 5.取适量糯米粉,加入开水拌成絮状。
    • 6.揉成面团。
    • 7.把面团分成小剂子,取一块压扁。
    • 8.放入适量芝麻糖馅。
    • 9.包好搓圆即可。
    • 10.依次包好就可以了哦。
    • 11.包好了,先煮些来吃。锅里烧开水,再放汤圆,煮至熟透。
    • 12.开吃吧。香香又甜甜。
