板栗酱烧鸡腿---【金格勒酱】试用

Steps to make 板栗酱烧鸡腿---【金格勒酱】试用

  • 1.鸡腿洗净后切成小块。姜蒜备好。
  • 2.锅里放入鸡腿,加入凉水,没过鸡腿即可,然后开中火煮。
  • 3.当煮到鸡腿肉变色后,捞干净汤中的浮沫。
  • 4.在煮鸡腿的同时,把板栗剁开,去皮备用。
  • 5.鸡肉基本熟了以后,加入板栗,姜蒜一起,开中火煮。
  • 6.当板栗煮熟后,往锅里倒入适量的老抽上色。
  • 7.再加入适量的金格勒酱。
  • 8.往锅里加盐,因为酱有盐分,盐要少加一点。加盐后大火收汁即可享用。
