小熊挤挤面包
心仪好久的一款面包,今天终于除草了!用了火龙果果泥和的面,里面包了豆沙馅!今天做的一来除草,二来得了一款不错的黄油试用,顺便把好豆网豆币换来的烤盘开了光!真的是一举三得呀!

  • 高粉340克
  • 火龙果果泥130克
  • 豆沙馅400克
  • 砂糖30克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 酵母4克
  • 4克
  • 黄油30克
  • 白巧克力12颗

Steps to make 小熊挤挤面包

  • 1.先把火龙果打成果泥
  • 2.面包桶里先加入液体,火龙果果汁、蛋液(鸡蛋选大点的),再一个角落加砂糖一个加盐
  • 3.加入高粉和酵母
  • 4.放入面包机启动IMIX程序搅拌和面,1个程序默认20分钟
  • 5.准备黄油,我用的是原产地意大利的布拉威莱黄油,打开包装就闻到了非常浓郁的奶香
  • 6.面团成团后加入切小的黄油继续和面
  • 7.我用来1个半IMIX程序,就是30分钟。取出面团放入室温下进行基础发酵
  • 8.发酵至两倍大,大概用了40分钟
  • 9.分成12个小面团,每个50克,留下一点做耳朵.我的烤盘只能放下6个,所以先做了一盘
  • 10.取一个面团压扁擀大,中间包上30克豆沙馅
  • 11.收口包好后排在烤盘里进行二次发酵
  • 12.二次发酵完成后刷上蛋液装上耳朵
  • 13.烤箱预热180度烤20分钟
  • 14.等面包稍冷却,我是把圆形白巧克力在面包温热的时候放上去,再用融化的黑巧克力画出眼睛和鼻子
