  • 可可粉15克
  • 红糖70克
  • 色拉油50克
  • 50克
  • 柠檬汁3滴左右

Steps to make 红糖可可戚风

  • 1.分离蛋清和蛋黄。蛋黄中加入20克红砂糖搅打均匀。
  • 2.倒入色拉油搅拌至细腻。
  • 3.加入水拌匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋粉,呈Z字型将面糊拌匀。
  • 5.蛋清中加入3滴左右的柠檬汁,分次加入50克红砂糖打发至硬性发泡。
  • 6.取一半的蛋白加入到面糊中,翻拌均匀。预热烤箱,150度。
  • 7.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒回蛋白中,翻拌均匀。
  • 8.将蛋糕糊倒入8寸蛋糕模中,轻轻震几下,震出打的气泡。
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱,中下层,150度,上下火,烤50分钟左右。
