自制风靡韩国的美味---《芝士部队汤》
天气好冷,冷到只想钻被窝,不想起床做菜拍照片。
记得夏天那会儿自己在家做了冰淇淋,冬天来了,就得做点热热乎乎的东西给大家吃。
那这热热乎乎的菜是什么呢?
就 ! 是 ! 火 ! 锅 !

其实一进秋天我就开始吃各种火锅了,比如四川火锅啊,海底捞,筋头巴脑,涮肥牛。。。
每次吃完身体都跟着暖和起来了呢!太特么舒服了~~~

  • 泡菜一份
  • 年糕若干片
  • 金针菇一份
  • 火腿肠一份
  • 蟹足棒一份
  • 芝士一份
  • 洋葱半个
  • 大葱半根

Steps to make 自制风靡韩国的美味---《芝士部队汤》

  • 1.将制作需要的主料准备好:辛拉面 一袋 泡菜 一份 年糕 若干片 金针菇 一份 火腿肠 一份 蟹足棒 一份 芝士 一份 洋葱 半个 大葱 半根
  • 2.金针菇洗净,将洋葱和大葱都切好;
  • 3.准备好番茄酱和辣酱。
  • 4.小锅中倒入一点花生油,烧热后倒入洋葱和大葱,炒出香味。
  • 5.放入泡菜翻炒出香味
  • 6.这时加入热水,分量差不多到下锅三分之二的位置。
  • 7.下入年糕条,等煮开。
  • 8.煮开后加入金针菇,火腿肠,蟹足棒,在最上面放上辛拉面,撒上芝士粒。
  • 9.盖上锅盖,待面条煮软芝士粒融化即可关火食用啦。
