  • 1.准备:猪耳朵,猪头皮。
  • 2.老卤汁一大碗(冰箱冷冻保存可重复用)。
  • 3.猪耳朵,猪头皮放入锅中加水烧开调料酒,姜片煮约五分钟左右。
  • 4.捞出来清洗干净。
  • 5.卤汁放入电饭煲中煮开。
  • 6.将猪耳朵,猪头皮放入卤汁中。
  • 7.按煮稀饭键煮一个小时,煮好多焖半小时才取出更入味(卤好取出放入保鲜袋入冰箱冷冻忘了拍照)。
  • 8.卤好放凉,或放入冰箱冷冻二十分取出切片装盘。
