Steps to make 酸辣爆生肠

  • 1.猪大肠400克。
  • 2.酸辣椒、姜丝、葱(最好是大葱没买到只好用香葱)。
  • 3.大肠用淀粉、盐处理干净后切块用少许老抽、盐、料酒淹一会儿。
  • 4.大火热油烧至冒浓烟(电磁炉用爆炒2100W 270摄氏度)。
  • 5.把淹好的生肠倒入迅速爆炒几秒(注意不要把淹过的汁水倒入)。
  • 6.铲起装盘备用。
  • 7.另起锅下油下姜丝、酸辣椒、葱白加适量盐煸香。
  • 8.再把爆好的大肠倒入一起翻炒均匀入味即可加少许鸡精出锅装盘。
