  • 糯米粉60g
  • 粘米粉60g
  • 澄粉36g
  • 纯牛奶275g
  • 炼乳36g
  • 玉米油36g
  • 红豆沙75g
  • 绿豆沙75g
  • 白莲蓉75g
  • 板栗75g
  • 金沙奶黄75g
  • 紫薯75g

Steps to make 冰皮月饼

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.在盘子里装入适量的糯米粉(不是60g的那份,后面擀面用),放入微波炉中火三分钟,微微发黄即可
  • 3.所有的粉混合,加入牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入炼乳和玉米油,搅拌均匀
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜上锅隔水蒸15分钟或者放微波炉转
  • 6.要趁热捣烂,不然粘上面弄不下来……
  • 7.等待凉后再揉面,现在准备馅料,每份25g
  • 8.面凉后,分成75g的6份,加入色膏,把面皮擀薄加入色膏再卷起,重复几次
  • 9.75g的分成3小份,开始包馅,口子捏紧,捏成小圆柱体,放入圆饼模压制
  • 10.重复上面的,压月饼的时候在模具里面撒一点糯米粉再抖掉
