奶酪这个东西有人“喜欢:有人“恨”
家里老爸是吃不惯,老妈却喜欢的要紧。这两天老妈嘴馋了。那我就给我积分换的披萨盘开开光,做个料足的“海陆双汇披萨”。
不敢吹牛一流,但是个人认为把必胜客pk下去的实力还是有的,谁叫咱料足呢。
这个披萨俺就不走复古风格了,实在是不搭调啊!

  • 大虾8个
  • 面粉200g
  • 马苏里拉奶酪130g
  • 白糖10g
  • 酵母5g
  • 橄榄油一大勺

Steps to make 料足才好吃-【海陆双汇披萨】

  • 1.面粉200g左右,加入鸡蛋一个,奶粉一大勺,糖两小勺,盐适量,橄榄油一大勺,酵母一小勺,加水和成软硬合适的面团。(和做馒头差不多就行)
  • 2.盖上保鲜膜醒发一小时
  • 3.准备主料,火腿和大虾
  • 4.虾去虾头和虾线后加入料酒和胡椒粉腌制15分钟
  • 5.火腿切碎后用锅煸炒一下,这样比较香
  • 6.热锅凉油爆香洋葱和大蒜碎
  • 7.加入番茄酱三大勺,盐和鸡精适量炒香
  • 8.加入大虾和水闷烧3分钟直到虾仁变色
  • 9.虾仁挑拣出来,剩余的披萨酱收汁浓稠备用
  • 10.发好的面团擀成饼状
  • 11.放入九寸的披萨盘中,按压成中间薄周边厚,用叉子在饼皮中间插孔,防止烤的时候涨发
  • 12.抹上披萨酱和三分之一的奶酪,烤箱190度上下火,烤制6-7分钟取出
  • 13.口蘑切片后微波炉高火3分钟脱去水分,青椒切碎
  • 14.撒上火腿,口蘑,大虾,青椒,撒上剩余的奶酪,最后撒上披萨草和黑胡椒碎,周边刷上蛋液
  • 15.烤箱200烤制15-20分钟奶酪融化即可
