  • 1.基围虾洗干净。
  • 2.起油锅将基围虾倒入翻炒
  • 3.待虾翻炒变红时,放入葱姜、老抽、生抽、盐、糖、料酒,不停翻炒,酒可以略微多一些,干烧不放水,这样虾不仅去腥,还有浓浓的黄酒香味。
  • 4.最后待虾全部上色,汁水收干的时候,可以起锅了。
