Steps to make 菠萝果酱

  • 1.菠萝果肉切小块放到容器中
  • 2.倒入白糖搅拌均匀,静置20分钟。白糖的量不固定,根据自己的口味调节即可
  • 3.将腌制好的菠萝连同汁一起倒入料理机打碎
  • 4.打碎的果泥倒入平底锅中小火熬煮,熬至浓稠。期间不断搅拌
