自制草莓果酱
春天是吃草莓的季节,今天上街才发现集市上的草莓少了,好象要下市了,今年的草莓酱还没做呢,儿子爱吃草莓味的酸奶,赶紧称两公斤回家做草莓酱,自己做的没有任何增加添吃着放心,做好的草莓酱一时吃不完,放入冷冻柜冷冻起来,吃时再回温,这么多的草莓酱能吃大半年的了。

Steps to make 自制草莓果酱

  • 1.草莓去蒂。
  • 2.去蒂的草莓放水里洗净。
  • 3.把洗好的草莓放入高压锅里煮20分钟。(不要放水)
  • 4.把煮好的草莓放入炒锅里中小火熬煮至水分干。
  • 5.水分快干时放入白糖翻炒。
  • 6.草莓炒至粘稠时即可关火,放凉后放入瓶中即可。
