  • 1.原料:白菜叶切段,将菜帮和叶子分开放置,干辣椒切小段,葱姜蒜切片。
  • 2.锅中倒入油,下干辣椒煸香。
  • 3.下葱姜蒜炒香。
  • 4.下白菜帮翻炒。
  • 5.菜帮失去水分后,烹入生抽,继续翻炒。
  • 6.加入菜叶,翻炒。
  • 7.菜叶塌秧时,加入盐调味。
  • 8.出锅前沿锅边烹入陈醋,炒匀出锅。
  • 9.一盘下饭的酸辣白菜上桌喽。
