朋友们都问我铜锣烧的做法,现在我就把不是专业却很简单的做法传上来。

    Steps to make 铜锣烧

    • 1.鸡蛋加白糖打泡(这是两个鸡蛋)。
    • 2.鸡蛋液里加面粉调成蛋糊,(还可以加牛奶)静置15分钟。
    • 3.锅烧热,放一勺蛋糊摊成圆形小饼(不用放油)。
    • 4.小火煎置小饼表面凝固(有很多小泡泡)就翻面(也可以直接把豆沙抹在上面了)。
    • 5.翻面过来煎一下就可以了(两片只要这样煎一片,不然豆沙或果酱就夹不住)。
    • 6.两片之间夹豆沙,果酱都可以。
    • 7.大大的铜锣烧。
