  • 1.主料中所有的食材都放入一个大碗中。
  • 2.搅拌成大面絮。
  • 3.下手揉成光滑的面团。
  • 4.收入一个大碗中,放至温暖处发酵至两倍大。
  • 5.发酵好的面团。
  • 6.取出面团,按压排气。
  • 7.搓成长条,切成9个均匀的小剂子。
  • 8.分别团圆,盖上保鲜膜,以免风干。
  • 9.取出一个面团。
  • 10.擀成8~10cm的大面片。
  • 11.对折。
  • 12.中间揪一个小揪揪。
  • 13.用模具压出花纹。
  • 14.花纹就压好了。
  • 15.对着花纹边边再往里压一下。
  • 16.一个荷叶夹馒头的生胚就做好了。
  • 17.依次全部做完,放入蒸锅中,再次醒发20分钟。
  • 18.冷水上锅,出气后,中火,蒸15分钟,时间结束后,再虚蒸3分钟左右就好了。
  • 19.起锅装盘(中间放上梅菜扣肉)。
  • 20.吃的时候,中间夹上梅菜扣肉,美味即成。
