    Steps to make 蚝油生菜

    • 1.食材:圆生菜、大葱、生姜。
    • 2.调味品:植物油、蚝油、生粉。
    • 3.大葱和生姜切碎备用。
    • 4.准备生粉,加水调匀备用。
    • 5.生菜洗干净,加一小勺盐用水浸泡20分钟。
    • 6.锅内加水,水开后将生菜飞水(在开水中停留一秒钟)。
    • 7.沥干水分。
    • 8.锅内加适量植物油。
    • 9.油7成热时加入葱和姜煸炒。
    • 10.煸香后加适量蚝油(蚝油有咸味,个人感觉不用加盐,不过具体情况根据个人口味调整)。
    • 11.翻炒均匀后勾欠汁。
    • 12.欠汁烧开后关火。
    • 13.将炒好的蚝油汁趁热淋在生菜上,最后撒些葱花和胡萝卜西点缀即可。
