  • 八角10g
  • 桂皮10g
  • 香叶10g
  • 白芝麻20g
  • 十三香5g
  • 20g
  • 高度白酒1勺

Steps to make 秘制香辣油泼辣子

  • 1.把三种形态的辣椒和十三香、孜然粉、花椒粉、白芝麻铺入碗底。
  • 2.放油前先放一大勺高度白酒增香。
  • 3.放凉油,边搅拌边加盐。
  • 4.八角、桂皮、花椒和香叶泡水备用。
  • 5.冷油把配料放进去,小火慢炸,配料炸干后捞出。
  • 6.出锅的香油分成三份:七成热倒入一份搅拌出色。
  • 7.六成热时倒入一份搅拌出辣。
  • 8.五成热时倒入剩下的油搅拌取香。
  • 9.比外面饭店还好吃的秘制油辣椒就做好啦。
