草莓不易保存,我就拿来做果酱啦。

Steps to make 草莓果酱

  • 1.材料准备:草莓1000G,糖500G(由于本人现在在德国,这边有做果酱专用的糖,我就用了这种糖,不过普通的砂糖应该也是可以的,但是我还没试过用普通的砂糖做)。草莓洗净,切成4等份
  • 2.倒入砂糖。静置一小时。
  • 3.煮至沸腾后,再煮4分钟,放入一点的柠檬汁。
  • 4.放入柠檬汁后,立即装瓶(果酱瓶一定要干净无异味,最后经过高温消毒,用开水烫下也可以),尽可能的装满些,装满后拧紧,倒置至少10分钟。
  • 5.我是晚上做的,图5是第二天早晨拍的图片。
