以前不懂什么是司康,后来有一次逛街,在星巴克吃了一次司康,感觉还是挺好吃的,就像我们小时候吃得矼龙似的,特别好吃,回来后上网查了一下,就自己做了,第一次做就成功了,快过元旦了,当早点,下午茶,招待朋友,都非常好。

  • 泡打粉3克

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.葡萄干清洗干净后,取厨房用纸粘干。
  • 3.鸡蛋和牛奶,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.所有粉状物过筛搅匀。
  • 5.放入黄油,用手慢慢揉碎。
  • 6.之后,少量多次地倒入3。
  • 7.面团快要和好时,放入葡萄干。
  • 8.搅拌均匀后和成面团。
  • 9.之后,擀成3-5毫米的片状。
  • 10.放入烤盘之前,最好烤箱先预热10分钟,我家烤箱太小了,还要烤一次,100度,15分钟。
  • 11.15分钟后,刷上蛋液。
  • 12.再100度,5分钟就好了。
  • 13.成品图。
