Steps to make 剁椒酱

  • 1.主要食材备齐;
  • 2.小米椒洗净去蒂、大蒜去皮、生姜去皮切块备用;
  • 3.将以上材料放入苏泊尔破壁搅拌机中;
  • 4.直接选搅拌模式将食材全部打碎;;
  • 5.将打好的剁椒碎倒入碗中后,放入白酒、糖和盐;
  • 6.搅拌均匀,糖和盐的口味根据个人口味调味即可;
  • 7.接着将拌好的剁椒酱放入玻璃瓶中,再撒少许盐在上方,盖上盖子于阴凉处放置一天后,再放入冰箱冷藏两天即可。
