  • 糖粉50g
  • 鸡蛋液15ml

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.黄油软化加入糖粉搅拌均匀后加入蛋液搅拌均匀
  • 2.加入切成小粒的蔓越莓干
  • 3.倒入面粉拌匀
  • 4.和成面团
  • 5.将面团整成长条,用保鲜膜包起放入冰箱冷冻1小时
  • 6.取出冷冻好的面块,用刀切成稍厚一点的片
  • 7.放入烤盘中.烤箱预热165°C,中层20分钟。
