Steps to make 椰蓉吐司

  • 1.15克黄油和15克糖打发
  • 2.放15克蛋液拌匀

  • 9.排空气分2小团醒15分
  • 10.取一面团擀成长条,放上椰蓉馅
  • 11.由上住下卷擀开,再一分为二
  • 12.卷成麻花状
  • 13.放入模具中进行发酵
  • 14.发酵至2倍
  • 15. 涂上蛋液,放上剩余的椰蓉,烤箱180度预热5分钟,上下烤35分钟
