红糖蔓越莓软欧包
网上非常流行欧包,主要因为他热量低,制作过程简单,食材只需基本的4样:面粉、水、盐和酵母,真正的欧包虽然很健康,但大家对他的接触度好像一般般,随之开始流行软欧,在传统欧包的基础上进行改良,现在越来越受欢迎。
前段时间一直看几位朋友都在秀自己做的欧包,也想找时间尝试,这不某天回家抽空就做了一款红糖蔓越莓软欧包。

  • 高筋面粉240g
  • 全麦粉65g
  • 红糖30g
  • 温水160g
  • 3g
  • 酵母4g
  • 黄油30g
  • 蔓越莓少许

Steps to make 红糖蔓越莓软欧包

  • 1.红糖装碗中,加入温水,用筷子搅拌至完全融化
  • 2.将除黄油和蔓越莓以外的材料按先液体后粉状的顺序依次放面包机桶中
  • 3.启动面包揉面程序,第一次揉面结束后,加入室温软化的黄油继续启动一次揉面程序,揉面结束后常温发酵
  • 4.常温发酵至2倍大小
  • 5.发酵好的面团排气完成后,擀平撒上蔓越莓
  • 6.从一端卷向另一端,然后用刀切成5份
  • 7.随意整形放在垫好油纸的烤盘上进行二次发酵
  • 8.待发酵完成后,用刀随意划几下,筛入少许面粉在表面,放入170度预热好烤箱中层烤15分钟左右
  • 9.烤好的面包出炉放凉后切片
