Steps to make Spicy and Salted Salmon
- 1. Marinate salmon with salt and pepper for about 20 minutes when bought.
- 2. Before frying, use a kitchen tissue to absorb moisture.
- 3. Heat a wok and pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, then fry the salmon over medium heat.
- 4. Flip one side over and fry the other side until fragrant.
- 5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, sprinkle a little salt and pepper powder evenly, then remove and serve with mustard.
