小鱼饼

Steps to make 小鱼饼

  • 1.材料:龙脷净鱼肉2片、鸡蛋1个、胡萝卜、香芹、盐2克、白胡椒粉1克、干淀粉少许、面粉少许
  • 2.鱼肉洗净后切成小块。
  • 3.将鱼块打成鱼泥。
  • 4.打好的鱼泥放入容器,加一点盐和白胡椒粉拌匀入味。
  • 5.将胡萝卜、香芹洗净切丁,入沸水中焯一下。
  • 6.调过味的鱼泥中再加入一个蛋清,少许的干淀粉,充分搅拌。
  • 7.再加入焯过的蔬菜丁拌匀。
  • 8.做成若干个鱼饼,在鱼饼表面拍上一层薄薄的面粉。
  • 9.抖掉多余的面粉后放入锅中,少许油中小火煎至两面金黄即可。
  • 10.特点:弹性十足、营养丰富。
