自制杏酱

  • 白糖400g
  • 冰糖200g
  • 清水100g
  • 白醋一勺

Steps to make 自制杏酱

  • 1.杏准备好,洗净
  • 2.去核切小块
  • 3.放入白糖
  • 4.倒入盆里面搅拌均匀之后腌制一个小时左右,直至出汤为止
  • 5.腌制好了之后,用手捏的稍微碎一点,然后煮锅倒入水和腌制好的杏,放入白醋开大火煮制,开锅之后转小火并放入冰糖,慢慢熬,中途要不停的搅拌,防止糊锅,直至变得粘稠,大概是40--50分钟左右
  • 6.熬制好了之后关火,放凉!成品欣赏!
