Steps to make 椰香腰果饼干

  • 1.黄油软化,用电动打蛋器打打顺滑后,分次加入细砂糖。
  • 2.打至蓬松发白
  • 3.分次加入蛋液,每次搅打至完全吸收。
  • 4.加入低筋粉和提前切碎的腰果
  • 5.将面团混合搅拌均匀,不要过度。
  • 6.再将面团整成圆柱形,滚上椰蓉,包上保鲜膜入冷冻室冻硬。
  • 7.将冻硬的面团取出,静置5分钟后,切0.6CM厚度的片。
  • 8.排入烤盘。入预热烤箱160度25分钟左右,上色即可。
