Steps to make 牛肉糜培根卷

  • 1.将燕麦片和土豆粉放入容器中。
  • 2.加入100ML水拌匀,静候10分钟。
  • 3.洋葱、蒜切碎。
  • 4.将牛肉糜、洋葱、蒜、鸡蛋和盐、黑胡椒粉放入燕麦糊里。这时烤箱预热200度。
  • 5.搅拌至肉糜发粘。
  • 6.烤盘铺上烤纸,将培根铺好,放上肉糜,拢成长形。
  • 7.用培根包好肉。
  • 8.进烤箱烤40分钟,稍凉后切片即可。
  • 9.酱汁的做法:1、将面粉放入小锅里,先加入100ML水充分搅拌匀至没有面疙瘩。
  • 10.再加入除盐和黑胡椒粉外的剩余材料搅拌匀。
  • 11.大火煮开后改小火煮5分钟(煮的过程要不停地搅拌,免得糊锅),最后加入盐和黑胡椒粉调味即可。
