小熊猫饼干——无黄油版
非常开心美天又出活动了,但是我想会有很多和我一样尴尬的朋友,因为有烤箱不算是“烘焙小白”、又称不上是烘焙高手,可我们真的还没有学会做什么,但是又想积极参加活动怎么办,只好在这个链接里发作品,这是我第一次做饼干,发在这里,是希望能得到导师们的指点,为的是能和大家一起成长!

  • 白砂糖45g
  • 小苏打1g
  • 泡打粉1g
  • 全蛋液20g
  • 牛奶40ml

Steps to make 小熊猫饼干——无黄油版

  • 1.准备所有食材
  • 2.白砂糖放在牛奶里加热融化
  • 3.冷却低于50度的时候加入植物油
  • 4.加入全蛋液,搅拌均匀即可
  • 5.面粉中加入泡打粉、小苏打
  • 6.把面粉筛入到牛奶液体中
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀拌匀,使面粉和液体完全混合,成为面团(同样的方法揉出可可粉面团),把两块面团放入冰箱冷藏半小时以上面团稍微硬点的时候容易操作
  • 8.冷藏后的面团取出,先把可可面团擀成均匀厚度的面片(约2~3毫米)
  • 9.按照模具说明:用黑色模具扣出小熊猫的身体轮廓,摆入烤盘中,饼干之间要留有一定空隙。
  • 10.将原色面团也擀成片
  • 11.用白色模具扣出熊猫脸和衣服,覆盖在黑色小熊猫身体上就可以了,轻轻压实。
  • 12.烘烤:烤箱中层,上下火170度,20分钟左右。(视饼干薄厚增减烘烤时间)
