火麻仁肉丁炒春笋

Steps to make 火麻仁肉丁炒春笋

  • 1.将笋清洗干净焯水去涩捞出切片备用;豆腐切小块、香菇泡发洗净,肉切丁;配料备好。
  • 2.锅中放油,油热后炒肉丁,肉变白色时放姜末、蒜末、小米辣一起炒香,下春笋稍翻炒后放适量郫县豆瓣酱炒匀并加适量清水,同时放香菇和豆腐焖煮入味。
  • 3.焖煮至水稍干即可。
