  • 1.在海边买到刚刚打捞上来鲜活的鲍鱼准备做超级美味哦。
  • 2.每个鲍鱼用牙刷里外轻轻的刷洗去掉杂质后洗净沥干水份。
  • 3.处理好的鲍鱼放入锅中添加适量清水放入少许盐大火煮起来。
  • 4.大火煮三分钟烧开关火不要打开锅盖焖2-3分钟即可。
  • 5.煮好的鲍鱼取出后立即放入冷水中过凉冲洗一下。
  • 6.处理好的鲍鱼沥干水份备用。
  • 7.准备小米辣、杭椒、蒜、香菜。
  • 8.所有配料切碎备用。
  • 9.提前准备好的凉白开水倒入容器中撒上麻椒粒放入调味料糖、一品鲜酱油、蚝油、鲜辣露、盐、味精、辣根。
  • 10.撒上小米辣、杭椒、蒜、香菜末拌匀。
  • 11.鲍鱼放入调好的料汁中盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏两个小时以上入味更佳。
  • 12.煨制入味的凉拌鲍鱼装入盘中就大功告成了。
