满口都是春天的味道/马兰头拌春笋
春已至,花已开,对于吃客来说,春天的“鲜”美,没有谁比味蕾记得更清楚。菜场里的绿油油的韭菜,荠菜,马兰头,枸杞头,春笋等等各种野菜相继铺满了菜场。而春日限定的时令菜就要数春笋和马兰头啦……

  • 春笋3只
  • 海参1只(即食)
  • 花生油1勺
  • 藤椒油1g
  • 料酒1勺
  • 海鲜捞汁酱油1小勺
  • 白糖1g
  • 五香粉1g

Steps to make 满口都是春天的味道/马兰头拌春笋

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.马兰头摘除黄叶,浸泡清洗干净,锅内放适量清水,加入1小勺盐煮开,放入马兰头焯水,煮开后就捞出,放入准备好的纯净水或冰水中过凉;捞出拧干,切成碎末待用。
  • 3.春笋也要加盐焯水3-5分钟(我的是已经提前处理过了就省略),春笋取嫩的部分,切成碎末,马兰头和春笋的比例是2:1。
  • 4.海参是即食海参只需把水煮开,加入料酒烫一下捞出切段,放入容器中,倒入海鲜捞汁待用。
  • 5.所有食材准备完毕。
  • 6.食材放入一起,加入五香粉和白糖,鸡精和藤椒油以及适量盐搅拌均匀。
  • 7.锅烧热倒入龙大花生油烧热即关火,把搅拌好的马兰头春笋倒入锅中拌匀。
  • 8.按照喜欢的造型,装盘即可。
  • 9.即可装盘,最后把海参放入上面点缀一下搞定。
  • 10.满口鲜香,把春天一口吃到肚子里……
