油豆腐酿肉
油豆腐酿肉平时一般都是妈妈做好给我的,趁假期有空,自己做了一次,其实也挺简单,不想吃太多的肉肉,加了黑木耳、山药,吃上去带点爽脆的口感,很好吃呢。

Steps to make 油豆腐酿肉

  • 1.肉馅中放入姜末、香油、料酒、盐、生抽、一点点老抽搅拌均匀
  • 2.葱切末,黑木耳、山药切细丁
  • 3.放入肉馅中搅拌上劲
  • 4.油豆腐用筷子在中间搅个洞,把肉馅嵌进去
  • 5.全部都做好
  • 6.锅中稍放点油,把开口的那面朝下,小火煎到表面定型
  • 7.再翻面,放料酒
  • 8.放老抽
  • 9.放点生抽、开水
  • 10.放盐和白糖,大火烧开后改中小火焖制
  • 11.15到20分钟左右,倒入水淀粉勾芡即可出锅
